Application
RT recuperation unit is designed for high-performance ventilation and heat recovery. Stylish design allows for its installation as part of the kitchen, bathroom, laundry or boiler room. Essential elements of RT recuperation unit are: 2 fans, filters, heater, automatic bypass, integrated control panel and countercurrent heat exchanger. Housing is made of double galvanized sheet filled with 30mm insulation. Front and side panels are white. Doors equipped with a magnetic strip ensure a tight-sealing. Countercurrent heat exchanger of our production allows for the use of thermal energy from exhaust indoor air to heat the air drawn from the outside. Airtight construction of the heat exchanger ensures that there is no contact between the waste and fresh air.
Fans
RT recuperation unit is equipped with EC fans (electronically commutated) with external impeller. Each fan is individually controlled in the range of 0 to 100%. The fan motor has an integrated protection against overheating. The fans are equipped with electric plugs which allow for an easy maintenance or replacement.
Control panel
RT recuperation unit has a user-friendly control panel that is installed on the front (accessible after opening the door). There is a possibility to place the control panel on the outside, max.10m from the RT unit. With the use of the control panel, supply air temperature can be easily adjusted, air flow can be strengthened, etc. as required.
Filters
Filter alarm is integrated with the control system. The alarm is activated in case of filter clogging, or once a year to check or replace the filter. The alarm can be easily disabled via a display control panel.
Condensate drain
RT recuperation unit is equipped with a drain tube, which should be connected to a floor drain. If it is not possible to connect it to the floor drain, the RT unit can be equipped with a condensate reservoir available as an accessory.
Heater (electric or water)
RT unit is equipped with an electric heater. The heater ensures that supply air temperature will not fall below the set temperature. Optionally, the RT unit can be equipped with a reinforced electric heater, water heater, or enhanced water heater.
By-pass
RT unit is equipped with an automatic summer bypass year. On warm summer days, the control system provides cool air in the room.
